Where Ductis stands
Ductis is an MVP: a minimum viable product, usable but young. We would rather tell you here than let you find out.
What works today
- Customers, opportunities, quotes and orders
- Invoices, payments, credit notes, continuous numbering
- Printable documents and CSV sales journal
- Purchasing, receipts and multi-warehouse stock
- Team, roles, two-factor authentication, audit
- English and French interface
- Daily backup kept for 14 days
What it does not do yet
- Send quotes and invoices by email from the tool: you download the PDF and send it yourself.
- Transmit e-invoices: Ductis is not an approved platform.
- Bank reconciliation and full accounting.
- Copy backups to a second site, planned before the end of the pilot phase.
- Uptime commitment (SLA): none during the pilot phase.
Worth knowing for French companies: from 1 September 2027, SMEs will have to issue their invoices electronically through an approved platform. Ductis plans to connect to one; until then, choosing that platform remains up to you.
