Ductis

The pilot programme

A few SMEs use Ductis on real work and tell us, frankly, what is missing. Terms are agreed with each company.

What you get

A dedicated workspace, onboarding with us, direct access to the developer, and your needs taken into account in the roadmap.

What we ask of you

Use Ductis on real work, tell us what gets in the way, and keep your own exports until off-site backup is in place.

Frequently asked questions

What is in the demo?

A fictitious company with customers, quotes, invoices, stock and a team. You pick a profile (owner, manager, viewer) and browse freely. The data is reset regularly; some actions, such as inviting users, are disabled there.

How much does Ductis cost?

During the pilot phase, terms are agreed with each company. Public pricing will be published at the end of the pilot phase, with notice for pilot companies.

Does Ductis replace my accounting software?

No. Ductis covers sales and invoicing, then hands the sales journal to your accountant. General accounting stays in their tool.

What about mandatory e-invoicing in France?

Ductis is not an approved platform and does not transmit anything to the tax authorities today. Connecting to an approved platform is on the roadmap. By September 2027, you will need to choose one.

Where is my data, and can I get it back?

On an IONOS server in the European Union. It belongs to you: customers, opportunities and the sales journal export to CSV, and documents can be saved as PDF. When a workspace is closed, you have 30 days to get everything back.

Which languages are available?

The interface is available in English and French; each user chooses theirs. Quotes and invoices are issued in the language set by the company.

Who is behind Ductis?

A small team that builds the tool alongside its first users, within Origo Everworks. When you write, we are the ones who reply.

See for yourself.

The demo is open, no sign-up. If Ductis speaks to you, write to us for pilot access.
